Clean before and after every use - no exceptions. Our silicone products are non-porous, so warm water and mild unscented soap is all you need for regular cleaning. For deep sanitisation of non-vibrating silicone items, you can boil them for 3-5 minutes. For vibrating products, never submerge electronic components in boiling water - stick to soap and water. Use a soft-bristle brush to reach textured surfaces with ridges or crevices. Dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth before storing.

Always use water-based lubricant with our silicone products. This is the single most important care rule. Never use silicone-based lubricant on silicone toys - it chemically degrades the surface, creating micro-pits where bacteria can harbour. The damage is irreversible. Water-based lubricant is compatible with all our products and safe for all body areas. Avoid oil-based lubricants (including coconut oil) as they can also degrade certain materials.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep each item in its own individual storage pouch to maintain hygiene - do not let different silicone products touch each other during storage, as the materials can react over time. Ensure products are fully clean and dry before putting them away. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of soft items, as this can cause permanent deformation.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene policies. We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items - not for reasons of personal preference, size dissatisfaction, or hygiene concerns.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Items that cannot be returned:

• Opened, used, or unsealed products
• Items without original packaging
• Products showing signs of wear or use

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we're here to help.

Report within 30 days of delivery by emailing sales@lustmonster.com with:

We will provide:

For defective items, we cover return shipping costs. We'll send you a prepaid return label or reimburse documented return shipping expenses.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.

Yes. All LustMonster products are covered by a 90-day manufacturing defect warranty from the date of delivery.

What's covered:

• Material defects (tears, bubbles, color bleeding not caused by use)
• Structural failures (base separation, internal voids)
• Manufacturing errors (incorrect size, missing features)

What's NOT covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper cleaning (boiling vibrating products, using silicone lube)
• Damage from improper storage (deformation, discoloration from contact with other toys)
• Accidental damage, cuts, or punctures
• Products in extra-soft firmness (these are more delicate by nature)

How to claim:
Email sales@lustmonster.com within 90 days with your order number, photos of the defect, and description. If approved, we'll replace the item at no cost to you.

Many of our products are designed exactly for that. Double dildos, U-shaped designs, and masturbators can all add a creative, playful dimension to shared experiences.
