The single most important compatibility rule in the fantasy toy world is this: always use water-based lubricant with platinum-cure silicone toys. Silicone-based lubricants contain silicone polymers that can chemically react with the surface of silicone toys, causing the material to swell, become sticky, degrade in texture, or develop a permanently tacky, gummy surface. How Do You Test Compatibility?
