A custom pour is a fantasy toy manufactured to your personal specifications rather than pulled from existing inventory. When you place a custom order, you select the model, size, firmness, and colorway you want, and the maker produces that exact combination specifically for you. The toy is hand-poured from platinum-cure silicone, cured, demolded, trimmed, and inspected before shipping. This made-to-order approach means you get precisely what you want rather than settling for whatever happens to be available in ready-to-ship inventory.

The customization depth varies by maker and model, but typically includes size selection across 3 to 5 tiers (mini through extra large), firmness selection from extra soft through firm with split firmness options, color selection from a menu of signature colors or a maker's choice surprise, and add-ons like a cumtube, suction cup base, or glow-in-the-dark pigment. Each decision shapes the final product, making every custom pour functionally unique even when the base model is the same.

Custom pours are not instant gratification. Turn around times typically range from 4 to 12 weeks depending on the maker's queue depth, the complexity of your order, and whether the maker has open customs openings or maintains a continuous queue. During peak seasons, wait times can stretch beyond 16 weeks. This is the trade-off for getting exactly what you want: patience.

Before placing a custom order, research the maker's current TAT, read their customization guidelines carefully, and confirm that the specific combination you want is technically feasible. Not every model supports every add-on, and not every firmness works well at every size. A medium firmness that feels perfect in a small toy may feel like a baseball bat in an extra large.
